Michael Karon  –  Owner                                                                       

Michael Karon is the General Manager for Lake Arenal Real Estate & Construction. He spent 16 years selling real estate in Southern California. He has bought, sold, remodeled and built dozens of properties between 1990 and present. He discovered his own piece of tropical paradise in 2009, and moved to the Lake Arenal area. Having the natural ability to spot investment potential, Michael recognized the immense possibilities the area has to offer and started Lake Arenal Real Estate & Construction.

Massiel Cisne  –  Office Manager

Massiel is the Office Manager for Lake Arenal Real Estate & Construction. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business. Her incredible organization skills keep our team running smoothly.  She takes pleasure in making sure you are each taken care of.  From showings to closings, every piece of paper involved in your transaction crosses Massiel's desk.  She is fluent in Spanish and Speaks English.  Massiel takes pride in making your experience a special time!

Coryn Wallen  –  Real Estate Sales Agent

Coryn Wallen has been a full time resident of the lake Arenal area for more more than 10 years and brings her knowledge and experience of living in Costa Rica to those looking to relocate. Whether for retirement living or part-time tropical getaways, Coryn can assist in finding a property that suits your style and needs. She has a reputation for excellent service managing and renting homes on the Southwestern side of the lake for more than 5 years.
